Bringing Healthcare Closer to Every Community
Welcome!
At HEARt Organisation, we believe that quality healthcare should not be a privilege—it should be accessible to everyone, especially those living in underserved and vulnerable communities. Through health camps, community awareness programmes, screenings, mobile healthcare services and strategic partnerships, we work to bring preventive, promotive and accessible healthcare closer to people’s homes.
Our Approach – PMSEE Model Our healthcare initiatives follow the PMSEE Model, addressing four interconnected dimensions of well-being: P – Physical Health Screening, early detection, treatment support and referral services. M – Mental Health Awareness, counselling, emotional support and mental well-being. S – Social Health Community engagement, inclusion, dignity and support for vulnerable groups. E – Emotional Empowerment Building confidence, resilience, awareness and the ability to make informed health decisions.
OUR KEY HEALTH INITIATIVES
We conduct free and accessible health camps in urban slums, rural communities and underserved areas, providing health screening, medical consultations, awareness and referral support.
- General health screening
- Blood pressure and diabetes screening
- Eye health
- Dental health
- Women’s health
- Elderly health
- Preventive healthcare awareness
- Specialist consultations
- Referral and follow-up support
Our Mobile Health Initiative takes healthcare beyond the walls of hospitals and into communities where access to healthcare can be challenging.
The mobile healthcare service supports:
Reach → Screen → Educate → Refer → Follow-up
Our aim is to make essential healthcare services available closer to where people live and work.
We support children through quality education, moral values, learning opportunities, and initiatives to strengthen Government Schools and build responsible citizens.
HEARt Organisation has undertaken a city-wide health initiative focusing on the health and well-being of sanitation workers.
The initiative aims to reach approximately 2,000 sanitation workers across all 65 wards of Mysuru, with health screening, awareness and preventive healthcare support.
Through Hrudaya Spandana – Elderly Care Centre, we extend healthcare, emotional support, companionship and dignity to elderly persons who need care and a secure environment.
Our approach combines:
Care • Health • Nutrition • Counselling • Companionship • Dignity
Prevention begins with awareness.
We conduct community awareness programmes on important health issues, helping people understand risk factors, preventive practices, early warning signs and when to seek professional medical care.
Through collaborations with hospitals, healthcare institutions and medical professionals, we facilitate specialist screening and consultation programmes in areas where such services may not be easily accessible.
REACHING THE UNDERSERVED
Our health activities focus particularly on:
Urban Slums | Rural Communities | Sanitation Workers | Elderly Persons | Women | Children | Vulnerable Families
We work with communities to identify healthcare needs, conduct appropriate interventions and connect individuals with further medical support wherever required.
PARTNERSHIPS FOR GREATER IMPACT
Healthcare becomes more meaningful when organisations come together.
HEARt Organisation collaborates with hospitals, healthcare professionals, community organisations, government departments, service organisations and institutions to expand the reach and impact of our health initiatives.
Through these partnerships, we strive to combine medical expertise, community reach and compassionate service.
FROM SCREENING TO SUPPORT
Our work does not end with a health camp.
We strive to create a continuum of care:
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
↓
HEALTH AWARENESS
↓
SCREENING & EARLY DETECTION
↓
MEDICAL CONSULTATION
↓
REFERRAL SUPPORT
↓
FOLLOW-UP & GUIDANCE
This approach helps transform a one-day health camp into a meaningful step towards better health.
